TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE SERVICE

DEFINITIONS

1.1. Clone Business is a service provider selling social network accounts.

1.2. The Service is the provision of social network accounts including Facebook, Telegram, TikTok and other platforms.

1.3. Member or Customer is an individual who registers an account and uses the Service.

1.4. Social media accounts are accounts provided by Clone Business through the Services.

TERMS OF USE

2.1. You must be at least 16 years old or have the supervision of a legal guardian.

2.2. You need to register an account with accurate information and are responsible for account security.

2.3. You agree to use the Services lawfully; Clone Business reserves the right to refuse or terminate offending accounts.

2.4. After the transaction is completed, ownership and use of the account is transferred to you; You are responsible for the use of your account.

2.5. Clone Business reserves the right to update the Agreement and will notify material changes.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

3.1. Clone Business is not responsible for damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services.

3.2. We do not guarantee that the Service will be continuous, timely, secure or error-free.

3.3. You are responsible for the content posted or stored using the account provided.

INFORMATION SECURITY

4.1. Clone Business protects personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

4.2. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and processing of information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

5.1. The content on the website is owned by Clone Business or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

5.2. You may not copy, distribute or exploit the content without written permission.

TERMINATION OF SERVICES

6.1. Clone Business reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate the Agreement.

6.2. Upon termination, you must stop using the Services and destroy any copies of downloaded content.

APPLICABLE LAWS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

7.1. The agreement is governed by Vietnamese law.

7.2. Disputes are resolved by negotiation; If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be brought to a competent court in Vietnam.

OTHER TERMS

8.1. The Agreement along with the Privacy Policy and additional terms constitute the entire agreement.

8.2. If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

8.3. Failure to exercise a right shall not be deemed a waiver of that right.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to all terms.
